RETURN POLICY

Playa Society operates on a drop-based, limited-release model. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
ALL SALES & DROPS
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- All sale items are final
- Limited-edition, collaboration, and drop items may be final sale
- Pre-order items may be non-refundable once production begins
We encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.
PRE-ORDERS
Pre-order items are produced specifically based on demand.
By placing a pre-order, you agree that:
- Items may have extended fulfillment timelines
- Estimated ship dates are not guarantees
- Orders may not be canceled once production has started
If a pre-order is eligible for cancellation, it will be clearly stated on the product page.
RETURNS (IF ACCEPTED)
If a return is approved:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Tags must be attached
